How long do plumbing repairs take?

The time it takes to complete plumbing repairs will be dependent on several factors, however, we always aim to finish repairs the same day, depending on the scale of the repair job. When we assess the job, we can give you an accurate estimated time for completion.

Will my toilet be in use when you renovate my bathroom?

If we are replacing your toilet as part of the renovation, we will make sure that it is ready to use on the same day we remove your old WC.

How frequently should a boiler be serviced?

We recommend that you have your boiler serviced annually. Annual servicing will ensure your heating system is functioning at optimal performance and will help to identify any faults that can be addressed before they pose an issue.

How will I know if my water supply pipe is leaking?

It isn’t always obvious when a pipe is leaking, though a sudden spike in your water usage is often a strong indication. You can test this by switching off all appliances and taps and inspecting your water meter for a reading. Then, observe it again in half an hour. If the reading has changed, there may be a leak.
